Hunt civil is a leading Road sign installation company in Sydney and NSW. Clients include State and Local government and major construction companies. Due to a recent expansion within our business we have recently added an opening for a Civil Engineer to join the team. This role will appeal to a Civil Engineer who is thorough in their technical design, conscientious, focused on the project from quote to delivery and has the ambition to be recognised as a leader in their profession. The role: Manage various projects across land development, road infrastructure and other civil infrastructure. A supportive environment where open discussion and knowledge sharing is encouraged. Upgrade our QA management system Ensuring that the company is compliant with our clients QA requirements Raise your industry profile by being exposed to major clients. Coordinate staff in the execution of their roles. Help win work and drive a result orientated and enthusiastic culture for bid success and project delivery. Contribute to the growth of our business in the market place including participation in business planning activities. Look for opportunities to expand the business footprint. You will have: With between 3-10 years or greater consulting experience working on local design codes. The interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors and all associated parties. The ability to build solid relationships with all of our clients. A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering. The drive and passion to succeed. Strong experience in project quoting. Strong communication skills and team mentoring ability.
