Barista: We are seeking a Barista who has passion for Coffee, to join a new team on a full-time/part-time employment. You''ll have a great personality that is capable of engaging customers in a fast-paced environment on a daily basis. You will be using one of Australia''s premier coffee blends "St Ali", who are the home of Australia''s Barista champion and will also be working with high-tech coffee machineryTo be successful in this role you will have: A good understanding of coffee Minimum 6 months experience in coffee and taking customer orders. Confident and excellent communication skills. Excellent customer service with a "Can Do" attitude. Bright, outgoing personality that thrives in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethics, motivation and team work attitude Ability to work autonomously Strong understanding of the importance of food safety and hygiene practices Take on other general duties such as help serve our wonderful salads/sandwiches/wraps when not making coffee. Kitchen: We are looking for experience kitchen members to join our Soul Origin team.To be successful in this role you will have: knife skills to be a team player to follow systems and process ability to work under pressure to be reliable and energetic desire for learning and gaining new experience to further improve your skills ability to work fast while having fun Front of House: To be successful to in this role you will have: Highly motivated individual with passion for food that thrives in a fast paced environment.
