As a Leor Educator you will attend family homes to deliver early childhood education to a maximum of three children at a time. You might choose to work for us for as little as three hours per week or on a full time basis. We are looking for early childhood educators with qualifications in childrens services or early childhood education at a Diploma level or above. This salary is for Full Time roles, salary will be calculated on a pro rata basis for part time roles. Essential Requirements Diploma in early childhood education and care (or similar field), or higher qualification Academic studies relating to the Early Years Learning Framework, or similar international framework At least one years experience in a childcare setting Working with Children Check No criminal history First Aid Certificate Desirable Experience applying the Early Years Learning Framework or similar international framework Experience in educational programming Experience in an in-home care setting Anaphylaxis Management Training Emergency Asthma Management Training Overview of the role Delivering high quality education and care in the family home to up to three children at a time Applying Leor Curriculum and adapting it to the needs of each child Observing childrens learning and development and reporting to your Manager/Supervisor on a fortnightly basis Preparing Leor Learning Development Reportsonaquarterlybasis
