( With More Parts Coming SOON ) The Role: Working within a team you will be responsible for controlling stock of parts, providing sales support and technical support to the workshop and retail customers and to develop and maintain customer relationships and to always work towards further Business Development. $55k TO $85K Package Depending on the level of experience and enthusiasm towards the position with always room to grow. Marrickville location close to transport Career Growth And Advancement Positive Working Environment Close to public transport Hours 8am - 5pm Duties: Telephone and front counter sales Ensure high levels of customer service at all times Identify, quote, order and provide parts to customers Stock control and administration in relation to automotive replacement parts Identify automotive parts/components including consulting catalogues or computer databases Carry out storage and stock control procedures, Parts handling, Receive and fill orders and organise dispatch Collate and process orders Assist with general parts and equipment related calls Basic Computer skills/operator/Microsoft office About you: Managerial desire Industry knowledge of automotive parts, Preferably Brakes Clutches Tyres. Attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent customer service skills Good work ethic A professional manner The ability to work well unsupervised and within a team environment Knowledge of Brakes Clutch and Tyres desirable along with Basic admin/marketing skills Tyre/Mechanical Knowledge is a big bonus.
