CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN   Seeking experience Construction Foreman - Construction Foreman- Corrosion Protection Field for position in established construction company, specializing in Corrosion Protection. We are based in Southern California, but travel throughout the state is required. As a Military Veteran, we value your leadership skills, character, and mission-focus. RESPONSIBILITY   Oversees projects and crews from the field Cleans and prepares construction sites to eliminate possible hazards Reads and interprets plans, instructions, and specifications to determine work activities Digs ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, and compact and level earth to grade specifications, using picks, shovels, pneumatic tampers, and rakes. Measures, marks and records openings and distances to lay out areas where construction work will be performed Haul and hoist materials   OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE 2+ years of corrosion protection field experience 2+ years of experience as a construction foreman Successful track record in the Military and civilian career Live near Downey, CA Willing to travel periodically to job sites throughout the state   KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Knowledge of construction equipment and following various pipeline procedures.
