CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER   We are a cybersecurity and cyber compliance company that provides a variety of services in the banking industry.   We are seeking a talented Chief Financial Officer with a strong military background to join our team.   The Chief Financial Officer is accountable for the financial, administrative, human resource, tax, treasury and risk management operations of the organization, including the development of a financial strategy and creating and monitoring metrics tied to that strategy.     WHY THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY   Get the chance to work a company that is really making a difference- with cyber breaches growing at 50% across all industries and with financial institutions being a top target, delivering cybersecurity and cyber compliance built specifically for banking is vitally important.   You?ll be part of making a meaningful difference in protecting banks and credit unions from cyber threats and bad actors.     WHY WE LOVE HIRING MILITARY VETERANS/SPOUSES   Great culture of service and discipline Hard-working, reliable and driven employees Leadership and team-work experience Strong, well-developed skill sets     WHAT YOU'LL DO   Work in collaboration with the executive leadership, Board of Directors, major investors and participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team Responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies to drive the company to achieve and surpass revenue, profit, and cash flow goals and objectives Attend meetings of the Board of Directors and present the financial information necessary and relevant to the Board to perform its duties Responsible for strategic financial decisions including evaluation of new services and office locations, M&A, employee benefit plans, and investment opportunities Lead core financial processes including long range planning, cash flow forecasting and annual budgets. Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial statements that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
