Cyber Security Engineer - Up to $110,000   We are a leading CyberSecurity and CyberCompliance company working with the banking industry to provide cybersecurity and cybercompliance support services.   Our company is currently seeking a talented Cybersercurity Engineer with a passion for CyberSecurity and a strong military background to join our team.     COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS   Salary of up to $110,000 (DOE $85,000-$110,000) Varying Shifts Available- 7a-4p, 2p-10p, and 10p-7a  Paid Holidays Dental, health and vision insurance benefits 401k retirement plan  Accrued Vacation     WHAT YOU?LL DO    Create new trouble tickets for alerts that signal an incident or threat.   Receive escalations from other departments of security incidents within established customer Service Level Agreements.   Assist as required in remediation of critical information security incidents.   Review trouble tickets generated by other team members.  Determine and assist with remediation and recovery efforts.   First responder to security event escalations via email, phone and ticket.   Communicate in a positive manner with clients and escalate any issues and/or messages accordingly.          SKILLS YOU?LL NEED    Experience in creating automated log correlations in a SIEM to identify anomalous and potentially malicious behavior.  Understanding of monitoring devices such as firewalls, network and host-based intrusion detection systems, web applications, AV, WAF, Proxy and operating system logs.   Quick thinker and ability to act autonomously  Knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and directory services.   An understanding of a wide array of server grade applications such as: DBMS, Exchange, DNS, SMTP, IIS, Apache, SharePoint, Active Directory, Identity Management, Patch Management, LDAP, SQL, and others.   Prior experience working with the ELK stack including Elasticsearch.      REQUIREMENTS    Relevant experience in Computer Science or equivalent work experience  5 + years of hands on experience in the security monitoring and incident response  Experience with SIEM capabilities   Hands on experience with EPP/EDR, N    Security certifications a plus (ex.
