MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATE Leading distribution company with plants throughout the U.S. and worldwide. We have immediate openings for Maintenance Associate to join our team. WORK DAYS/SCHEDULE Monday - Friday, 7AM - 4PM Threee (3) Saturdays a month Must be able to travel domestically to our other locations (nationwide). Typical travel is twice a year, when they travel they should expect to be out there 2-4 weeks per travel.   WHAT YOU'LL DO The Maintenance associate is responsible for all building maintenance related duties. This includes light troubleshooting and major repair work as needed. In addition, the Maintenance associate will be responsible for maintaining the electrical, plumbing and cleanup of the different departments within the building. Responsible for minor and major building maintenance repairs. Perform plumbing repairs. Perform carpentry and plastering. Paint, remodel, and repair the flooring. Complete installations and demolitions through the facility. Responsible for general clean up. Conduct the equipment checklist and preventative maintenance on equipment. Perform additional duties as required and or requested. REQUIREMENTS High School Education required. 3-5 years of Maintenance experience. Must have previous maintenance experience. Must be able to work in a team environment and/or with little supervision. Electrical and plumbing experience as well as a technical certificate is a plus. Forklift and warehouse experience preferred. Knowledge of using computer or tablet a plus. Bilingual in Spanish.
