PRODUCT PROMOTER Leading distribution company with plants throughout the U.S. and worldwide. We have immediate openings for Product Promoter to join our team. Work from Mon. thru Friday  9:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m ---- occasional Saturdays 9am to 1pm.   WHAT YOU'LL DO Responsible for the promotion of the Quartz products. Visit builders, architects, designers, kitchen dealers for the purpose of promoting the products. Perform product knowledge seminars at the customer?s location. Train the customer?s sales force on product lines. Accurately maintain customer database and generate sales reports as needed. Attend trade shows, conventions, and other onsite seminars. Consistently work with existing customers to retain and increase their business. Coordinate with customers to maintain appropriate quantities of promotional materials. Increase brand awareness through strategic placement of advertisement. Perform additional duties as required and or requested.     EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor?s degree and/or college coursework preferred. High School Education required. Two (2) plus years? experience in a professional environment.     SKILLS YOU'LL NEED   To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, personable, extrovert personality, well-organized 2 years of retail merchandising experience preferred Industry experience Preferred but not required 6 months to 1 year of experience/knowledge in regards to Slabs or Countertops. Provide high level of customer service Speak clearly, listen actively and think critically Problem-solving skills with the habit of being proactive Intermediate skills in MS Outlook, Word and Excel Previous experience using iPads, iPhones or smart phones would be helpful Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings and holidays Willingness to travel, up to 50% of travelling required     COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:   $50,000-$60,000/year Paid Time off 401k Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance Company car, cellphone       NEXT STEPS Apply Now  ? takes less than 30 seconds to complete a quick form.
