Accounts Receivable Associate Leading distribution company with plants throughout the U.S. and worldwide. We have immediate openings for Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team. Work from Monday to Friday, 9:30 to 6:00 (Based on task it may change) One Saturday per Month.     WHAT YOU'LL DO Responsible for billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities Maintain customer files for internal records and reconcile accounts Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash, etc. Investigate customer queries as necessary and find solutions if necessary Communicate with customers face to face, via phone, or mail Performs additional duties as required and or requested.   SKILLS YOU'LL NEED Exposure to MAS500 receivables systems Attention to detail in a high stress level environment Excellent accuracy and able to meet deadlines Strong computer skills and Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to solve problems Strong oral and written English language communication skills     COMPENSATION/BENEFITS up to $18/hour plus OT Paid Vacation 401K    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor?s degree and/or college coursework preferred Two (2) plus years? experience in Accounts Receivable         NEXT STEPS Apply Now  ? takes less than 30 seconds to complete a quick form.
