CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Here?s the technical stuff but it?s worth a read as this will be your daily to-do list!
 
  • Manage all projects & crews to ensure on-budget and on-schedule delivery.
  • Oversee all production revenue & costs.
  • Bid and bill each project once complete.
  • Build processes and teams required to deliver all project requirements.
  • Direct crews on the overall tasks needed to be completed as well as approve time sheets & daily logs.
  • Coordinate with Construction crews for timing, execution and closeout of individual projects as well as communicate to external client & management
  • Lead weekly meetings with the client & project team.
  • Ensure the crew has the correct equipment needed for the project
 
WHEN YOU?LL DO IT
 
  • 1st Shift - Monday thru Friday
  • Occasional weekend day
 
 
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Some construction project experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of site analysis, permitting & approvals, budget control, estimating, project scheduling & construction coordination.
  • Some experience with MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks & schedule management experience.
  • Ability to read blueprints accurately.
  • Ability to communicate progress, highlight issues, & provide recommendations to leadership.
  • Safety training & knowledge of OSHA requirements.
  • Pre-employment and random drug screening
  • Work on remote job sites when needed ? Yay Travel!!!
