Leadership & team-work experience Strong, well-developed skill sets   WHAT YOU'LL DO Here?s the technical stuff but it?s worth a read as this will be your daily to-do list!   Read splice diagrams, prints, & engineering documents either in paper or electronic form. Prep splice locations, termination points, & installation of splice closures. Splice loose tube & ribbon cables of various sizes. Operate technical equipment, including OTDR & fusion splicing equipment. Properly test & troubleshoot fiber optic networks for acceptance & issue identification.     WHEN YOU?LL DO IT   Work schedule may vary and may include night/weekend work. Some overnight travel may be required.     SKILLS YOU'LL NEED Think of these as guidelines! If you have what it takes and stand out, this job could be yours!!!
