WHAT YOU'LL DO

Here?s the technical stuff but it?s worth a read as this will be your daily to-do list!
 
 
  • Handling projects from organizing workflow to creating schedules & all logistics with implementing the project.
  • Leading the crews and day-to-day activities with clear communication skills.
  • Safe operation of construction equipment & work vehicles used in underground installation of telecom infrastructure.
  • Take responsibility for quality of work, meeting production goals, keeping records of production, & lead the invoicing process for billing projects on time.
  • Proper care of assigned equipment & reporting any accidents/incidents.
  • Promote company, OSHA, & DOT Safety Standards and Policies.
  • Supporting crews by grooming & developing team members for growth & advancement.
 
 
WHEN YOU?LL DO IT
 
  • 1st Shift - Monday thru Friday
  • Occasional weekend day
 
 
 
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED

  • Some experience with backhoes, excavators, and underground utilities
  • Valid driver?s license
  • Pre-employment and random drug screening
  • Work on remote job sites when needed ? Yay Travel!!!
  • Knowledge with locating underground lines and HDD rigging
  • Possess Class A or B CDL
