Leading the crews and day-to-day activities with clear communication skills. Safe operation of construction equipment & work vehicles used in underground installation of telecom infrastructure. Take responsibility for quality of work, meeting production goals, keeping records of production, & lead the invoicing process for billing projects on time. Proper care of assigned equipment & reporting any accidents/incidents. Promote company, OSHA, & DOT Safety Standards and Policies. Supporting crews by grooming & developing team members for growth & advancement.     WHEN YOU?LL DO IT   1st Shift - Monday thru Friday Occasional weekend day       SKILLS YOU'LL NEED Think of these as guidelines!
