Ensure maximum efficiency of set-up to include set-up time, materials, production rate and material consumption. Machine readiness ? inspect machinery, equipment and tooling prior to set-up. Identify issues, which adversely affect product requirements and communicate with appropriate department personnel for resolution. Package parts for shipment Perform routine maintenance and cleaning. Identify nonconforming materials/products and work with shift leader for resolution. Ensure part quality meets established standards. Perform housekeeping duties. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, as required. Complete all shift documentation/paperwork. Shift hand-off ? go over job status and updates with incoming shift. Participate in safety programs. Follow all established safety procedures. Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment. Ability to operate forklift Other duties as assigned   WHEN YOU?LL DO IT   3rd Shift ? 10:50 pm to 7 am Monday thru Friday with Paid Overtime for Weekends     WHAT SKILLS YOU?LL NEED   Think of these as guidelines!
