WHAT YOU?LL DO

Here?s the technical stuff but it?s worth a read as this will be your daily to-do list!

  • Assist with the fabrication, modification, maintenance, & repair of tools & mechanical components.
  • Assist in tool inspections to insure proper tool rebuilds/repairs & reduce development costs of new tools as well as perform bench work such as sanding & tool assembly.
  • Comply with all ISO QSP's & work instructions related to job responsibilities.
  • Works in any department of the Company as required & participate to improve work practices & methods.
  • Participates in training & educational opportunities to improve individual skills, knowledge & ability as well as complies with all applicable safety regulations.
  • Troubleshoot production problems & provide solutions.
  • Perform work to the tooling schedule and adjust as required to meet internal & external customer deadlines.

 

 

WHEN YOU?LL DO IT

  • Night Shift ? 6 pm to 6 am
  • 4 days on, 3 off ? 3 days on, 4 off

 

 

WHAT SKILLS YOU?LL NEED

  • Certificate in Machine Tool Operations or related field & some experience in manufacturing environment ? OR ? Equivalent machine tool experience in tool fabrication, maintenance, or machine shop.
  • Ability to read, write & speak English to meet training, safety & quality requirements.
  • Working knowledge on the safe & effective use of the following machine shop equipment: CAD/CAM, CNC mills, EDM?s, milling machines, manual lathes, and drill presses.
  • Ability to read blueprints.
  • Self-starter with the ability to try new methods to improve productivity ? we strongly encourage military veterans to apply!

  • From $19.75/hour based on experience
  • Base pay increase once initial skill sets are mastered
  • $6% shift differential added for night shifts!
