Perform electrical, electronic, & mechanical maintenance on all production & auxiliary equipment. Troubleshoot/repair production & auxiliary equipment to "as built" condition. Service equipment to ensure compliance to Quality System procedures. Monitor machine operation, assist in the development of preventive maintenance programs for new & rebuilt equipment to ensure uninterrupted/effective operation. Integrate electrical control systems for new & rebuilt machinery, facilities equipment & machine/process improvements according to established guidelines. Participate in the specification, building, rebuilding, installing & fabrication of electrical & ECS. Insure that all machinery & facilities services comply with applicable safety codes such as OSHA, National Electric Code & National Fire Protection Agency.     WHEN YOU?LL DO IT Night Shift ? 6 pm to 6 am 4 days on, 3 off ? 3 days on, 4 off     WHAT SKILLS YOU?LL NEED Think of these as guidelines! Associate Degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology/Industrial Electronics or related field & some industrial maintenance experience ? OR ? extensive experience with increasingly complex & responsible industrial maintenance. Ability to read, write & speak English to meet training, safety & quality requirements. Working knowledge on the safe & effective use of the following machine shop equipment: CAD/CAM, CNC mills, EDM?s, milling machines, manual lathes, and drill presses. Some ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, PLC Ladder logic programs. Some ability to service electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems including PLCs.
