WHAT YOU?LL DO

Here?s the technical stuff but it?s worth a read as this will be your daily to-do list!

  • Perform electrical, electronic, & mechanical maintenance on all production & auxiliary equipment.
  • Troubleshoot/repair production & auxiliary equipment to "as built" condition.
  • Service equipment to ensure compliance to Quality System procedures.
  • Monitor machine operation, assist in the development of preventive maintenance programs for new & rebuilt equipment to ensure uninterrupted/effective operation.
  • Integrate electrical control systems for new & rebuilt machinery, facilities equipment & machine/process improvements according to established guidelines.
  • Participate in the specification, building, rebuilding, installing & fabrication of electrical & ECS.
  • Insure that all machinery & facilities services comply with applicable safety codes such as OSHA, National Electric Code & National Fire Protection Agency.

 

 

WHEN YOU?LL DO IT

  • Night Shift ? 6 pm to 6 am
  • 4 days on, 3 off ? 3 days on, 4 off

 

 

WHAT SKILLS YOU?LL NEED

  • Associate Degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology/Industrial Electronics or related field & some industrial maintenance experience ? OR ? extensive experience with increasingly complex & responsible industrial maintenance.
  • Ability to read, write & speak English to meet training, safety & quality requirements.
  • Working knowledge on the safe & effective use of the following machine shop equipment: CAD/CAM, CNC mills, EDM?s, milling machines, manual lathes, and drill presses.
  • Some ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, PLC Ladder logic programs.
  • Some ability to service electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems including PLCs.
  • Must be a self-starter and have to the ability to interact with a variety of people ? we strongly encourage military veterans to apply!
