Maintain & organize files, preserve version control & on-demand accessibility. Maintain/organize schedules for company divisions & designated executives/managers. Maintain & disseminate meeting schedules, coordinate invites & product demonstrations. Prepare routine correspondence/reports & assist clients with scheduling business meetings. Assist with graphic design, branding & maintenance of websites, logos & other materials.
