ROLLFED OPERATING TECHNICIAN I - EVENING SHIFT   Earn up to $18.50/hour with shift differential, profit sharing, tuition reimbursement, and a generous benefit package ? we aim to attract talent! Ensure maximum efficiency of set-up to include set-up time, materials, production rate and material consumption. Machine readiness ? inspect machinery, equipment and tooling prior to set-up. Identify issues, which adversely affect product requirements and communicate with appropriate department personnel for resolution. Perform routine maintenance & cleaning ? veteran applicants think PMCS. Identify nonconforming materials/products, work with shift leader for resolution. Ensure part quality meets established standards & follow good manufacturing practices, as required. Participate in safety programs & procedures.     WHERE & WHEN YOU?LL DO IT   Elkhart, Indiana Monday thru Friday Evening Shift ? 10 pm to 6 am Overtime Available     SKILLS WE?RE LOOKING FOR   Think of these as guidelines ?
