BARGER GARD TECHNICIAN I - MORNING SHIFT   Earn up to $21/hour on day shift with profit sharing, tuition reimbursement, and a generous benefit package ? we aim to attract talent! Set-up, operate & troubleshoot equipment to produce BargerGuard parts to specification & ensure they meet quality standards. Ensure maximum efficiency of set-up to include set-up time, materials, production rate & material consumption. Machine readiness ? inspect machinery, equipment & tooling prior to set-up. Identify issues, which adversely affect product requirements & communicate with appropriate department for resolution. Perform routine maintenance & cleaning ? veteran applicants think PMCS. Identify nonconforming materials/products, work with shift leader for resolution. Participate in all safety programs & procedures.   WHERE & WHEN YOU?LL DO IT Elkhart, Indiana Monday thru Friday Mornings ? 6 am to 2 pm Saturdays Paid Overtime   SKILLS WE?RE LOOKING FOR Think of these as guidelines ?
