WHAT YOU?LL DO

 

Here?s the technical stuff but it?s worth a read as this will be your daily to-do list!

  • Provide administrative support for HR & Finance executives alike.
  • Manage HRIS with information such as new hires, terminations, I9, ACA reporting, EEO-1 reporting, pay changes & corrections.
  • Assist with Open Enrollment paperwork, system reporting, benefits enrollment paperwork processing & COBRA.
  • Assist with payroll preparation & processing.

 

 

WHAT SKILLS YOU?LL NEED

  • Some experience as an accounting/HR administrative specialist or related position.
  • Excellent execution...takes prompt & detailed action to accomplish objectives.
  • Some previous working experience as an HR/Accounting administrative assistant.
  • Ability to effectively use computer software including Google Suite, MS Office & HRIS software (Paycor).
  • Proficient knowledge of Accounting & ERP systems.
  • Self-starter with the ability to try new methods to improve productivity ? we strongly encourage military veterans to apply!
