Some fitness facility or service-oriented management. Lean leadership and labor control skills ? the ability to do a lot with little ? we strongly encourage military veteran applicants! Bachelor?s Degree in business or related field a bonus, but NOT required! Experience supervising a minimum of 15 employees. Flexible to work non-traditional hours including weekends & some holidays. CPR/AED certified or can complete within 30 days from hire. Persuasive, candid communicator who encourages dialogue & debate.
