Communicate with departments on the progress of implementations. Create/maintain training documentation for business processes as well as make recommendations for process/software enhancements. Conduct preliminary investigation for all new business process requests. Review requirements, specifications, test, support & training plans to ensure they are in line with business objectives on projects. Create quality reporting, analysis and audits to measure the success of implementations. Help ensure new system requirements/enhancements/changes are tested and delivered in a timely manner.
