Responsibilities:Request the photoshoot samples via an inventory transfer and check against complete collection list in ERP to ensure completenessTogether with the Style Team, create the looks to be photographed during the catalog photoshootOrganize styling sessions prior to the actual photoshoot: book model, prepare studio with photographer, organize all products to be styled with Style TeamOn day of photoshoot, execute the looks exactly as created and organized on the racks. Dress the model and correct any unforeseen issues.Consistently check photoshoot samples to ensure they have been produced according to Style Teams drawingsRestyle and reshoot low performancing products according to monthly analysis assigned by the Merchandise Planning team.Develop a deep understanding of the designers collections Assist with monthly super castings to source a large amount of modelsConsistently ensure branding and image production guidelines are being followed Word (Intermedirio), Excel (Intermedirio), PowerPoint (Intermedirio), Internet (Intermedirio), Ingls (Intermedirio) Graduao CLT (Efetivo)
