Together, we''ll create an atmosphere where you can thrive personally and professionally. 13 World-Class Offices Across the Globe 5,000+ Amazingly Talented Cloudstaffers 4.6 Overall Feedback Rating on Glassdoor Work Setup: Work From Home Night Shift RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, pain points, and preferences within the Poultry industry Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights Create low and high-fidelity mock-ups Develop interactive wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, storyboards, process flows, and site maps for both web and mobile interfaces Develop user-friendly and visually appealing designs that align with industry standards and best practices Collaborate on the shared library of user interface components Collaborate on the creation of icons, logos, illustrations, etc Take into account technical and business requirements to deliver mobile-first, intuitive, user-centered solutions Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all touchpoints Optimize user interfaces for seamless navigation and accessibility QUALIFICATIONS A passionate technology enthusiast with at least 5 years of experience within a development environment Capability to communicate fluently in English Enthusiastic and a real team player Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Strong understanding of responsive design principles Familiarity with SAAS platforms and mobile app development Experience with Agile software development and continuous integration Able to mentor and provide technical advice and direction if needed About Cloudstaff Cloudstaff was established in 2005 by Australian internet pioneer, Mr. Lloyd Ernst.
