The Recruiter will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and techniques, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates'' qualifications and fit for the company- Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, both in-person and virtually- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and interview questions- Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending job offers- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in the company''s applicant tracking system- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, recruitment agencies, and other industry professionals- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the company''s recruitment processQualifications:- Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a retail or customer service industry- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and techniques- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyContract Details:This is a full-time position based in Manila, NCR, Philippines.
