Assistant Brand Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities Develops and executes practical marketing initiatives to increase market share, maximize profits and protect brand credibility. Collaborates with creative agencies, media representatives, and other internal teams to ensure all materials meet company standards and process Stays current with industry trends to create innovative strategies supporting the organization''s growth goals. Analyzes complex data accurately to make decisions aligned with business objectives effectively. Monitors the performance of campaigns regularly for optimization results. Collaborates with Assistant Trade Marketing Manager for promos and BTL activations. Job Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience in brand management with digital marketing and trade activation obtained from an FMCG organization. Good communication and project management skills. Strong IT and numerical skills, particularly in MS Office suite and Excel, but also able to demonstrate an ability to understand and utilize other systems such as Adobe Photoshop. Driver''s license (hopefully knows how to drive a car) Good communication and people skills.
