The Senior UI Developer is responsible for designing and implementing high-quality user interfaces for our web applications using Typescript and React. This position collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the UI meets the needs of end-users and is aligned with the overall product vision. Position Description - The Senior UI Developer has experience building complex, responsive web applications using Typescript and React. This position requires strong skills in front-end development, including HTML, CSS, React, Typescript and JavaScript, and familiarity with common design patterns and best practices. - Work closely with UX designers, key stakeholders, and software engineers to understand user needs and translate them into effective UI designs. - Responsible for writing clean, efficient code that adheres to established coding standards and will be expected to participate in code reviews and mentor junior team members. - The Senior UI Developer will stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends and will proactively identify opportunities to improve the user experience and drive innovation in UI design. Key skills: - Proficiency in Typescript and React , with experience building complex, responsive web applications using these technologies. - Strong front-end development skills, including HTML, CSS, Typescript and JavaScript, as well as familiarity with common design patterns and best practices. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, key stakeholders, and software engineers. - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently. - Experience writing clean, efficient code that adheres to established coding standards and best practices. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies and practices, and experience working in an agile environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Experience with code versioning tools like Git, and familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices. - Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques and tools, such as browser dev tools and web page speed analysis tools. - Familiarity with back-end technologies and architecture, such as RESTful APIs and GraphQL. - Ability to stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends, and to proactively apply this knowledge to improve UI designs.
