Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Chief Technology Officer in our spacious BGC office. Responsible for the Product line development, Pre-Sales and Post-Sales performance across 4 product lines - Cloud, Digitization, Networking and Security Demonstrate a strong focus on client satisfaction Manage Product team that improves our products and services Manage Tech team that provides support and troubleshooting Have regular contact with Technical counterparts for collecting and analyzing feedback Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing IT team Collaborate closely with Sales teams to understand client needs Qualifications & requirements This is a senior leadership position that requires expertise in network technologies and managed service business model. At least 10 years'' experience in building and operating large scale IP networks Proven leadership skills and experience in managing technology teams Master''s degree in IT related field is a plus Direct involvement in major network overhauls for an ISP or a Telco Expertise in wide spectrum of networking technologies in L2, L3, L4 Good understanding of modern security for the Enterprise and Datacenter Advanced certifications from major Network vendors is a plus CTO is a link between technical department and Customers / Financials / Strategy. CTO must be able to explain difficult things with simple language. Must understand both technical and managerial goals of this role. Best candidate will be the one with technical background and progressive history of a valuable individual contributor to the company. With tenure such candidate moved up into a managerial role within the IT industry and now shows as a successful manager reporting directly to C-Level or SVPs.
