Grade: Manager Experience Level: Minimum 10 - 15 years of Experience. Job Description: Job Summary: Supporting a insurance customer with Mainframe security administration and work on migration of Top-secret security to RACF security. Roles & Responsibilities: Understanding of customers security setup. Knowledge of setting up users/groups/profiles/ Knowledge of working with LDAP and security interfaces Working with application owners to understand the security requirements. Work with system programmer to understand the security requirements for ISV / zOS and other sub systems. Convert rules from TSS to RACF and test them. Work with application/systems programmer/users for testing RACF rules. Migrate TSS database to RACF database on all the systems. Preferred Qualifications: Strong understanding on TSS and RACF security products Good knowledge of building the security database from scratch. Strong knowledge in Migration projects from one security product to another Excellent communication skills to be able to communicate with different customer / application / system support groups. Good knowledge of writing REXX or equivalent scripts to enable automation of repetitive tasks. Good knowledge of zOS operating system fundamentals. Mandatory/Must have skills: 1. Resource should have already worked on Topsecret to RACF migration and be able to plan and execute the migration on zOS systems. 2. Resource to have good knowledge on TSS and RACF working and setup on zOS systems 3. Resource to have knowledge of developing scripts for automation. 4. Resource to have good understanding of z/OS and sub systems. Good to have skills: 1. Resource to have good communication skills to be able to work with the customer teams. 2. Resource to be able to work with multiple teams and provide/gather required information.
