Job Description Dynata is a global leader in providing customers with first party data solutions. Our client list includes a substantial portion of the market research industry and many fortune 500 companies. The Sample Solution is responsible for developing creative and cost-effective solutions to meet customers panel partner data needs. The role of Sample Solutions Partner team role is the crucial connection between our global network of partners and the day to day sample solutions required by our customers. The Sample Solutions Partner Manager will engage with our global network of sample partners to source, recommend and on-board new sources of global supply. Team members will also respond to partner questions, resolving partner escalations and issues as they arise. In order to be successful, the Sample Solutions Partner Manager must have excellent communication skills, enjoy negotiating, be detail oriented and be a true team player. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Quickly and effectively respond to partner requests and concerns Create and develop effective external procurement relationships. Develop and deliver key partner reports monthly, quarterly and annually. Highlight and manage variances in partner KPIs Work within Sample Solutions Buyer to ensure we have the best mix of global partners to meet our client needs. Negotiate costs and agreements with partners to provide the best possible mix of margin and quality. Ensure partner pricing and costs are audited and partners comply with negotiated pricing and KPIs Responsible for working with Finance and partners to effectively process invoices Work with Dynata compliance team to ensure partner Infosec and other compliance documentation is updated on time Assist with the development and maintenance of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on key performance indicators related to procurement activities Assist with specific Sample Solutions projects such as partner quality, cost reduction, client solutioning, etc. Work with Legal and Compliance Perform other duties as assigned Education Required Bachelors degree with a strong academic record or procurement experience Experience Required Minimum of 1-2 years procurement or operations-related work experience, ideally in a market research environment. Experience in structured process improvement activities is strongly preferred. Skills & Knowledge Required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong negotiation skills Knowledge of MS Excel is an advantage Customer Service Orientation: willing to go the extra mile to develop solutions for internal and external customer needs Strong analytical and time management skills Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Ability to successfully work with diverse team in a cross-departmental role Must be compulsive about data accuracy and quality Sales and marketing knowledge a plus
