As a Client Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for meticulously screening and evaluating candidates to meet our clients sourcing requirements. The role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction, fostering engagement, and achieving success by selecting top-tier candidates who not only meet the basic qualifications but also resonate with our Company culture. The role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including the Client Delivery Manager, Engagement Managers, Recruitment Team and the Clients Talent Acquisition Team. WHAT YOU GET TO DO Partner with Account Managers to understand the job descriptions, client requirements and project specifications to ensure resource alignment with the client and program standards. Conduct second level screening to assess candidates skills, experience, engagement skills, availability, compensation, and overall suitability for the clients required job roles. Provide guidance, support, and maintain positive engagement to candidates before their submission to the Client for further evaluation. Submit qualified candidates via the Clients Applicant Tracking System by ensuring all information is correct and accurate. Proactive communication, coordination, and collaboration with the Recruitment Team to ensure timeliness of candidate submission and all potential operational issues are addressed/raised ahead of time. Engage actively in meetings and provide updates on the status of candidates applications. Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports of screened candidates via relevant trackers, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools. Collaborate with Recruiting Team and Engagement Managers to onboard new hires and facilitate a smooth transition into the organization. Assist in generating weekly/monthly reports for stakeholders visibility. WHAT YOU BRING Minimum of 5 years experience as a Talent Advisor, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment and is well versed in business operations or proven experience as a Hiring Manager in a BPO or similarly fast-paced setting is advantageous, showcasing adeptness in candidate screening, salary negotiation and a deep understanding of operational dynamics. Experience working in a multi-national environment and working with onshore counterparts is a plus. Experience in using Bullhorn, Ascent and iCIMS is a plus. Good computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organizational skills in database management and record keeping. Strong analytical skills, ability to multitask while working independently in a fast-paced work environment. Excellent interpersonal skills. Bachelor''s/College Degree (preferably in HR management, Business Studies/Administration Management, Psychology or equivalent).
