The RoleAs a Senior MIS Analyst under Contact Center Channel, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of procedures for accessing, generating and reporting to support the Business data and information requirements. You will also ensure the integrity, quality, accessibility, and safekeeping of all client and partner data in the Center.How you''ll contribute Helps with the design of reportorial/MIS requirements for the Center.Responsible for developing and managing forecasting and scheduling models, as well as methodologies needed for analysis, volume assessment, statistical baseline forecasts, and capacity planning.Manages and maintains the contact centres data center to ensure a common source of information and data. What were looking for Bachelor''s degree in Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Industrial, Computer Science/Information Technology3-6 years relevant experience in MIS or Data Analysis, Contact Center and banking background is a plusIntermediate knowledge and experience in reporting tools. Involve in the preparation of assessment reports, findings, and root-cause analysis.Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.With strong communication and coordination skills, assertive, detail and results-oriented.Willing to work on premise in Makati Head Office
