Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding administrative and systems support for our dynamic sales team. Collaborate with our Project Managers to streamline and optimize processes, encompassing client contracts, proposals, tenders, and pertinent databases. Track and update Milestone billing in Xero. Initiate purchase orders (POs) and process invoices for subcontractors. Ensure timely follow-up with distributors to track orders for projects, monitor deliveries, and manage goods receipting processes on the backend. Handle travel arrangements, complete Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), and conduct necessary site inductions. Address client administration issues promptly and manage a high volume of inquiries via phone calls and emails. Position Prerequisites Experience & Software At least 1-2 years of experience in sales administration and client liaison. Proficiency in software skills, including Microsoft Office, accounting packages, and CRM systems. Experience in XERO or similar would be an advantage. Skills A can-do attitude with a high level of personal motivation and a fast learner. Passionate about working as a Sales Support. Ability to communicate and present effectively in both written and verbal with people including senior persons and commercial businesses. Demonstrates outstanding personal organization and adept time management skills. Possesses a strong customer/client focus and demonstrates adaptability to changing circumstances. Shows dedication to personal growth and ongoing improvement by actively participating in training and development opportunities. Demonstrates the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a high-performance team environment.
