We are looking for a Reports Analyst to join our Customer Service Reports and Workforce Team. As a key member of our team, your goal is to architect effective, accurate and efficient solutions that serve the Cambridge International team with essential and value-adding information, data, and reports . This role requires collaboration with requestors from Cambridge International to streamline, and where possible automate reporting processes, provide insight, recommendation to aid data-driven decision-makingand the identification of opportunities to improve. Knowing to operate Zendesk, advanced Excel skills, and/or other recognized management intelligence tools is an advantage, knowledge of Power BI is a must. What makes you the ideal candidate in this role As a Reports Analyst, you will provide support to Cambridge International Team in creating reports and providing efficient solutions to fulfill business requirements. You will help define and build a visual representation that provides indication of operational performance to improve and recognize success. The following will help you be an ideal candidate for this post: Minimum of 1 year experience as a Reports analyst. Required Skill: Power BI Knowledge in using Microsoft Excel, strong fundamental understanding in MS Office, Coding and Automations (including Calculations, Formulas, Pivot Tables, Graphs and Macros) is an advantage. Proven experience in performing analysis to validate reporting processes and maintaining of data in applications including Zendesk and 8x8. Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with colleagues from different levels, functional areas, and locations. Good attention to detail and excellent data analysis skills Ability to work flexibly and to adapt to shifting priorities. Work schedule will be within UK office hours (4pm to 12am PH time). As part of the hiring process, there will be a task/activity wherein you will be required to create a PowerBI report on the fly, which will be used to measure candidate competency in using the tool. Note: The requirement for this activity will be provided by the facilitator and must be completed and presented before the interview ends. Please make sure you have the PowerBI app installed on your device/workstation.
