The Service Assistant is mainly responsible for assisting the Relationship Manager and the Service Officer in the performance of daily transactions, account management and maintenance tasks related to corporate loans and other corporate products availed of by clients. Responsibilities: Assists the Relationship Manager in fulfilling his/her account management, maintenance functions and daily transactions. This includes but not limited to the following activities: a. Checks the accuracy and correctness of client information in the banks system, and procures all required documents from clients to avoid possible risks. b. Prepares documents for review and submits approved credit facilities c. Implements loan availments, loan renewal, loan extension, past due monitoring, trade transactions, payments, repricing and collections. Acts as the co-custodian of clients credit folders and ensures that these are updated and securely stored. Performs administrative tasks such as filing of documents, budget availment, budget monitoring, and report preparation. Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree, preferably in Business At least one (1) year of experience in similar function Knowledgeable in credit and lending, operations, credit policies, risk management and corporate banking products and services. Knowledgeable in regulatory standards, compliance guidelines, and other bank products, processes and policies. Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications |
