Working Shift: Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm PHT Salary: Php 65,000 - 75,000 Tasks and Responsibilities: Providing accurate quotes in a timely manner Desktop refresh reports Follow up with vendors and suppliers Maintain reporting from network security solution month to month and generate comparison reports from previous month, inspect for errors, escalate to Account Manager if necessary, save into customer portal Day-to-day assistance to Account Managers Time Management must be prepared to track their time and complete daily time sheets without fail Log into software generate report/compare export to custom folder Licensing User billing Assist customers with setup and maintenance of their electronic payment portal Standardize products of service catalogue build product description briefs and work with marketing team as required Perform other duties or related task assigned by Client. Skills and Qualifications: IT sales or IT Distributor experience (eg Ingram) A reasonable understanding of the IT industry and/or distribution of products. Excellent attention to detail. Effective problem solving and time management skills. A strong customer service ethic with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with working in a sales organization.
