We develop medical evidence that helps our clients navigate the complex disability benefits journey to improve their life trajectory. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Customer Service Representative located in Cabanatuan. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing customer questions, concerns, and inquiries regarding their disability benefits, claims, and disputes. The Customer Service Representative will also be in charge of recording and updating customer information in the company systems, and making outbound calls on request. Qualifications A minimum of 1 year of previous customer service experience Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathetically handle complex customer concerns and inquiries Strong problem-solving ability and a strong work ethic Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once Ability to work in Clark, Pampanga following US timezone. |
