Job Description Perform inspection of all incoming raw materials and packaging materials conduct in line inspection from ingredients preparation to finished products Perform finished product analysis and testing Conduct audits on all areas of the process Prepare report for each assigned task Conduct batch test prior to the usage of materials at production Performs all other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. Assists in the supervision of Main and Toll Manufacturing plants Review reports, confer with quality assurance, and interfacing departments to solve work related problems. Assists in the supervision and coordination activities of QA engaged in the verification of in-process products, product validation and applying knowledge of quality assurance standards and procedures Approves the release of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished products for distribution. Qualifications: Graduate of BS Food Technology With advanced working knowledge in baking and science technology With at least 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance Proficient and highly knowledgeable in microbial analysis or laboratory analysis Can handle pressure and can perform multi-tasking Knowledgeable in ISO Audit and HACCP Certification With people management skills
