We are seeking a Non-Voice/Local Account CSR (Customer Service Representative) to join our team. As a Non-Voice/Local Account Agent, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to our clients through non-voice channels, such as email, chat, or ticketing systems. This role primarily focuses on addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
