Description The opportunitySupport Platform Team in daily tasks:Participate in platform upgrades/patching.Maintain and update Platform Support documentation as needed.Follow established change management procedures.Be available to work off-hours and extended shifts if required.Provide On-Call support as part of On-Call rotation within the AEM Platform Team.Proactive ownership of incidents-issues until resolutionLogging and tracking identified system problems through resolution.Creating and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users as database applications are developed.Ability to effectively communicate, cooperate, and collaborate.Building effective working relationships with internal and external resources, technology vendors and outsourcing service providersInterfaces with IS groups, strategic vendor partners, and other Business Units, peers, IS Managers, Directors, and AVPs.Application Enhancement and AutomationOptimize processes and lead process improvementProvide tier 2 support of platforms and processesParticipate in and/or lead improvement projects, implementations, and upgrades to information delivery tools and analysis tools.Promotion/Migration of Codes and PackagesParticipate in Annual Disaster RecoveryImplements and manages URL redirections for the websites hosted in AEM.Onboard/Setup new domains in AEM including the configuration of Content Delivery Network and Web Application FirewallUpdate SSL, SSO, SAML and other required certificates for AEM platform.Configure and monitors logs in AEM.Initiate content synchronization in AEM environments.Participate in Emergency Changes (ECRs) to resolve issues in AEM PROD environments.Proactively make suggestions for improvements based on understanding of availability SLA.Manages and monitors DEVO logs for AEM Platform Level.Provide User Support Services:Create and track user requests via JIRA and ServiceNowUpdate existing JIRA/ServiceNow ticketsKeep JIRA Dashboard updatedProduce weekly status updatesProvide Consulting servicesAnalyze business enhancement requestWork with vendor on work estimatesProvide Reports on demandAccess audit reportsGroups audit reportsWhat motivates you?You obsess about customers, listen, engage and act for their benefit.You think big, with curiosity to discover ways to use your agile approach and enable business outcomes.You thrive in teams and enjoy getting things done together.You take ownership and build solutions, focusing on what matters.You do what is right, work with integrity and speak up.You share your humanity, helping us build a diverse and inclusive work environment for everyone.What we are looking for:Education and Experience:Good Knowledge on Cloud platforms and Java Design principles/ functional programming concepts.Bachelor''s degree, preferably in Computer Science or related field3+ years of Information Technology experienceExperience with AEM Developer tools such as: Apache Felix, Apache Sling, Jackrabbit, CRXDE, etc.LINUX/UNIX experienceRequired Technologies and skills:Good Knowledge on AEM architecture and Cloud Platform services.Good technical expertise of Web Server like Apache HTTPD, IIM etc.,Good technical expertise on integrating log/app monitor tools like Nagios, New Relic, Splunk, DEVO and Dynatrace with AEM.Good knowledge on AWS and CDN-WAF like Akamai.Windows Powershell knowledge is a plus.Good understanding/knowledge on HTML/CSS.Ability to interpret/configure HTML Headers.Language and Interpersonal Skills:Strong customer service and interpersonal skills such as teamworkStrong written, verbal, and presentation skillsAbility to effectively communicate, cooperate, and collaborate;
