Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth production processes and resolve any production-related issues. Oversee the transportation and distribution of finished garments to customers and retail locations. Optimize logistics processes to minimize transportation costs and delivery lead times. Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers if applicable. Implement quality control processes to ensure that garments meet established quality standards. Identify cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain and implement cost reduction strategies. Monitor and analyze supply chain expenses to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints. Utilize data and analytics tools to track supply chain metrics and KPIs. Generate reports and provide insights to drive continuous improvement efforts. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to the garment industry, including labor and environmental regulations.
