This is a FULL-TIME role, MONDAY TO FRIDAY. This is a Hybrid position in central Cebu City. The expected start date is April 2024. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Lead Generation Specialist at TestDynamics, you will play a pivotal role in fueling our business growth. Utilizing online platforms and tools, you will conduct research and identify potential leads within our target market. Your attention to detail will be essential as you collect and verify contact information, ensuring the accuracy of our lead database. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams, you will provide administrative support and generate reports to track lead-generation activities. Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously improve processes to make a lasting impact in the dynamic world of AI healthcare solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES Research and Identify Leads: Utilize various online platforms and tools to conduct comprehensive research and identify potential leads within our target market. Your keen eye for detail will be crucial in finding the right prospects. Collect and Verify Contact Information: Gather and verify contact information, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, sample work, and other relevant data points. You''ll ensure the accuracy and completeness of our lead database. Maintain and Update Lead Database: Regularly update our lead database, ensuring that information is accurate and up to date. Your meticulous data management skills will be key in maintaining the quality of our lead information. Efficient Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency, following established guidelines and quality standards. You''ll play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our data. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams, providing timely administrative support as needed. Your collaboration will help facilitate smooth lead handoffs and seamless communication. Generate Reports and Metrics: Create reports and metrics to track lead generation activities, evaluate performance against set goals, and provide insights for continuous improvement. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field At least 1+ year experience in lead generation, email marketing and data entry role Proficiency in using CRM Software and other relevant tools for lead management (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach High level of accuracy and attention to detail, even when working under tight deadlines Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies as needed.
