About the Job:ZigZag is on the lookout for a Social Media Manager! Think youre the one theyre looking for? What Youll Do:Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.Provide engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts (LinkedIn, Meta,Glassdoor, Indeed, or any related recruitment platforms).Respond to comments and reviews in a timely manner.Monitor and report on feedback and online reviewsOrganize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistencyLiaise with the People and Culture department to stay updated on the companys people engagement activities.Monitor the brands health and reputation.What They Need:Proven work experience as a community manager or similar roles (2 to 3 years experience).Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series, and writing an email newsletter)Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics.Excellent verbal communication skillsExcellent writing skillsHands-on experience with social media management for brandsAbility to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metricsStay up-to-date with digital technology trends*Dayshift, 7 am - 4 pm, Monday - Friday*Willing to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig City)About ZigZag:Recognized as one of the Philippines leading providers in knowledge process outsourcing and offshoring services, ZigZag boasts more than ten years of experience in the industry.
