Account Specific Roles and Responsibilities: Processing and following up medical claims, identifying denial reasons for medical procedures, treatments, medication, etc Providing accurate information to clients regarding the coverage of their benefits. Coordinating with insurance providers regarding issues in payments and billing Requirements At least 1 year BPO experience in a Healthcare Account Experience in handling insurance claims Good verbal and written English communication skills Able to type on an average of 40 words per minute Willing to work onsite in SHAW, MANDALUYONG Amenable working night shift Benefits What can we offer you?
