The Business Solutions Associate is responsible of developing and presenting proposals, conceptualizing business solutions and closing client sales (focused on trade event marketing, hybrid, virtual and in-person/face-to-face events) by seeking and pursuing various companies, organizations, and associations. We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and a desire to contribute to the success of trade events, we invite you to apply for this position. As an Associate, you will work under the supervision and support of the Project Manager to sell sponsorship and exhibition packages for trade events, including both virtual and in-person/face-to-face events. Your primary focus will be targeting various companies, organizations, and associations to drive sales and achieve revenue goals. Responsibilities: Sell sponsorship and exhibition packages for trade events by identifying and targeting potential clients. Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets. Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs. Communicate the value proposition of sponsorship and exhibition packages through effective oral and written communication. Conduct negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and securing commitments. Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful execution of sponsorship and exhibition deliverables. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports. Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Management, Entrepreneurship, or any other business-related course from a prominent university. Previous work experience in sales for exhibition organizing, event management, associations, advertising agency, or the tourism-related industry is advantageous. Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas, negotiate with clients, and build relationships. Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable terms and close sales deals. Organized, detail-oriented, and customer service-oriented mindset to provide exceptional client support and meet their requirements. Demonstrated business sense and resourcefulness, with the ability to work long hours and thrive in a high-pressure environment. A team player with leadership skills, taking responsibility and demonstrating commitment to achieving sales targets.
