Role Description As a Recruitment Specialist - Social Media Hiring at Straive located in Paraaque, you''ll be responsible for finding the best-fit candidates using various social media platforms and online recruiting channels. This is a full-time hybrid role located in Paraaque, with flexibility for remote work. Qualifications Bachelor''s degree or higher in Human Resources or related field 1-2 years of experience in social media recruiting, sourcing, and candidate engagement Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment tools and industry trends Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Experience with recruitment metrics and data analysis is a plus Experience with cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management is a plus Experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding is a plus
