Resolving customer concerns, inquiries, and queries according to defined guidelines, processes, and metrics set for performance . Demonstrate ongoing efforts to achieve or exceed performance expectations by meeting daily, weekly, and/or monthly performance targets. . Ensure all leads are actioned with the company''s defined guidelines. . Deliver daily, and weekly reporting as required . Take full accountability for any follow-up action that is appropriate on behalf of the customer.
