THE ROLE Ideal Candidate This is a diverse role that will see the candidate working in all parts of the business, from dealing with the vendor sales teams, to client finance applications, and detailed information maintenance. Experience in Asset Finance and cash flow lending is highly sought after, with great attention to detail and data accuracy. Essential functions and responsibilities: This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to expand on their back-office experience to become more customer facing. The main responsibilities of ASSISTANT FINANCE SUPPORT include: Maintain highest levels of professionalism. Manage workflow independently. Maintain accurate files - with detailed file notes. Escalate challenges expeditiously. Provide accurate reports where / when required. Handle day to day customer queries, payout figure requests, copies of documents,amortization schedules etc. Provide other support to the business as required. Work Process / Duties Loan Processing tasks Processing new applications for finance. Preparing applications for credit assessment, which may involve communication with the client. This information is always recorded in the CRM Package ''My CRM''. Submitting applications to a variety of credit providers, either by My CRM / Nodify application or financier portal system data entry Liaising with credit officers to gain the approval (usually this means collecting further information from the client at the request of the credit officer) Communicating Approval to clients. Liaising with suppliers / sellers to gain invoices and other documentation required. Arranging Asset Inspections with the seller of vehicles / equipment when required. Preparation of finance documents either individually or with the assistance of the credit provider Marking up of documents for execution by the Clients Sending documents to clients by email or electronic signature Co-ordination of the return of finance documents Collection of all outstanding financier conditions of approval Submission of executed documents and conditions of approval for settlement Communicating to the client and the equipment supplier that a settlement has occurredFiling of original documents in MyCRM. Marketing Tasks Setting up system marketing automations in MyCRM Setting up email marketing templates - request for reviews and other automated emails. Assist with social media marketing and managing the social media platforms Other marketing assistance as needed When not working on processing finance applications, your job is to do marketing for the business. Being able to think for yourself and seek out assistance from our aggregator to understand the system and how the marketing works is key to this role. Key Working Relationships Credit Providers / Finance Companies Equipment Vendors Finance Clients / Borrowers Company Director Aggregator - Loan Market Group Ensure effective and timely communication with all key working relationships. Demonstrate a positive team environment. Continuously seek opportunities to identify potential problems and provide solutions. Software Requirements The business uses a Finance CRM - MyCRM / Nodify Any CRM experience would also be considered Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel etc) PDF Editing. It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in: College level with at least 2 or more years work experienced related to Job post. Good in communication(English) (Oral and written) The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements: Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC) 2x2 & Half body picture with white background Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth).
