The Role You will be responsible for : Oversee and manage the admin/ general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, various permits and taxes. Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness and initiate corrective actions as needed. Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles and assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements. Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy. Meet financial accounting objectives. Performs other related functions that maybe assigned from time to time Ideal Profile Bachelor''s Degree in Accounting or Finance. Must be CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT (CPA). Has at least 2 years working experience as an Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager. Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases. Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to direct and supervise. At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience with a portion of it being in a supervisory role. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all level of an organization.
