Job Description: Assists recruiters in managing the candidates'' experience by providing an excellent candidate journey in the hiring manager assessment stage Coordinates interview scheduled between the candidates and hiring managers Assists recruiters in sourcing entry-level or mid-experienced vacancies Ensure a positive hiring experience for each candidate by being a good brand ambassador Ensure accuracy and availability of records and reports concerning all phases of recruitment Assist the Recruitment Team as necessary and undertake other tasks and projects that may be assigned from time to time Requirements: Bachelor''s Degree preferably in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any relevant study Fresh graduates and candidates with less than a year of HR experience are encouraged to apply Prior experience in E-Commerce is an advantage Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Great team player and works well with others Excellent communication skills Detail-oriented and has excellent problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills Capability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Ability to handle confidential information and escalate issues when appropriate Experience in both volume hiring an executive recruitment is an advantage |
